Cancellation Policies

Flexible 8 days

For cancellations between 0 and 7 days before arrival, a penalty of 50% of the total stay amount will apply.

For cancellations between 8 and 365 days before arrival, a penalty of 0% of the total reservation amount will apply.

Once checked in, partial cancellation and/or reduction of stay is not permitted; you must pay the total cost of accommodation.

High Season Non-Refundable

If the reservation has a "Non-refundable" policy, the cancellation request will be processed applying a penalty of 100% of the total stay. Upon generating the reservation, the total amount of lodging will be charged; minimum stay is 3 nights.

By making your reservation, you agree that transaction fees and associated service charges are non-refundable. This means that, in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, as they correspond to services processed at the time of confirmation.
