Cancellation Policies

Flexible 8 days

For cancellations between 0 and 7 days before arrival, a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the stay will be applied.

For cancellations between 8 and 365 days before arrival, a penalty of 0% of the total reservation will be applied.

Once you have checked in, partial cancellation and/or reduction of stay is not permitted; you must pay the full cost of the accommodation.

High Season Non-Refundable

If the reservation has the “Non-Refundable” policy, the cancellation request will be processed with a penalty of 100% of the total stay. At the time of making the reservation, the total amount of the accommodation will be charged, minimum stay 3 nights.

Payment Information

• In the event of a no-show or cancellation in accordance with policy, the credit card provided at the time of booking will be automatically charged or refunded, depending on the case.
• Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and the credit card used for full payment or guarantee for the reservation.
• By making your reservation, you agree that any associated transaction fees and service charges are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
