For cancellations between 0 and 7 days before arrival, a penalty of 50% of the total amount of stay will be applied.

For cancellations between 8 and 365 days before arrival, the penalty of 0% of the total reservation will be applied

Once hosted, partial cancellation and/or reduction is not permitted of stay, you must pay the full cost of accommodation.

Season Non-refundable Registration

If the reservation has the “Non-refundable” policy, the cancellation request will be processed applying the penalty of 100% of the total amount. stay. At the time of generating the reservation, the charge will be made for the total amount of accommodation, minimum stay of 3 nights.
